Sure I missed some. I always do.

Nazareth is new to our Six-Man game and their coach is John Wood.
Anton is no longer Outlaw and their coach is Clint Linman.
Marfa is moving up to Six-Man and their coach is Jeff Jones.
Rotan is joining in on the fun as well and their coach is Ted Johnson.

Blum returns from Outlaw and their coach is John McFarlin.
Savoy is alive and well and their coach is Clay Wilson.
Mount Calm is excited to join our ranks and their coach is Jeremy Smith.
Campbell is here as well and their coach is Tyler Smith.

Corrections to Gustine and Rising Star have been made. Paint Creek added. Blum has new coach. Campbell coach is Tyler Smith.
Star says it is a numbers game. Only about 25 in High School period. Player safety an issue as well.

Don you might check Gustine and Rising Star. Aviles is at Rising Star, but I don't know his first name. Miller was going to step in for Gustine the last that I had heard.

Why did star suspend their season?
Good question.
Did they hire a guy then cancel?
Did they count heads and decide they wouldn't have enough players?
Could they not get a coach?
Sad.

They had enough kids to field a team, but were undersized and didn't want to jeopardize not completing the season if injuries or grades took them under the needed numbers.

Thanks for the info. It's a sad thing to hear, but understandable.

Speaking of who went where, does anyone know where any of the boys in that talented group of kids from Pine Drive's dream team of last season went (particularly the Kelley boy, #31 , and Marcantel)? I'd like to keep an eye and ear out for those kids. Sad what happened. There was a lot of talent there.
