What is your opinion of most over rated

They have played no hard teams . They should go 10 - 0. Because of their easy schedule , they should not be ranked above 45. Rank should also be based schedule ease. Grandfalls should 45 other teams rest of season. Schedule is that easy.
 
GR hasn't beaten easy teams. They have just easily beaten them. Remember they have beaten Marfa, Ft Davis, and Ft Hancock. All three of these schools were supposed to have beaten them. Loop was a top 10 team and they got beaten as well. Based on schedule strength maybe Grady should have a higher rank. However just because Grady gets beaten by such a high ranked team doesnt mean Grady should be ranked higher. Just saying.

And how do you figure this? If not mistaken in ya'lls scrimmage Grady held ya'll scoreless and scored either 2 or three times. I know I know just a scrimmage, BUT..........?
 
1.I'm not from Grandfalls, so don't use "y'all" when addressing Grandfalls and myself. (Just saying)

3. Sorry for being rude, but Good Lord!! Just give the kids credit for hangin 50+ points a game and holdin folks to 0. Im sure they bust there @$$ just as hard as Grady does Monday-Friday. But putting GR on blast isn't going to make Grady any better than Grandfalls.
 
Because they were supposed to lose to Garden City by like 20 and beat them 42-6 and were supposed to lose to Rankin by 40 and lost by 6 and were supposed to lose to Naz by 16 and won by 18. They are a different team than when they played spur. Rankings are all about beating the spread.
 
You have to also look at both schedules. Spur beat two teams that are 0-5 and a 1-5 team. The current rankings of their opponents are 30, 32 D-2, 8, and 45 D-2. Ropes opponents were 2, 10, 14, 17, and 27. And they have beat the spread nearly every game win or lose.
 
AmericaDream....I was not blasting anyone, simply asking you your reasoning for saying GF would positively beat Grady by 30+. Thats all! I was not offended in the least, just asking you to clarify your opinion! I apologize if you took it wrong!
 
Ropes deserves their rank. The Ropes / Meadow game will be extra special this year. Meadow will definitely have their hands full with Ropes. I don't think it's possible at this point to say which team will win, way to close. I would love to see this game though, WOW!
 
I clicked on this to expect to see the Throckmorton Greyhounds. But I see people griping about rankings. What do rankings mean once district starts? You win district and your still 42, oh well, your 3 or 4 wins from the top. Anything can happen any given day. Most of the time it doesn't. Most of the time, we see number no upsets, or at least no major ones. But all it takes is one game, where a 2-8 team with talent behind them figure out that if you give every ounce of try you have and you go in knowing, this is our game, we can see the big purple giants, or the quick little coyote fall to a team the rankings said was not a good team.

Any time, any day, any week, an upset can happen. Rankings dont matter for anything but bragging rights. It's the W's that show a teams determination. I would laugh so hard if the top 5 were knocked off in the first round, haha.
 
Yes GF will be in playoffs, they should , after playing the much lower ranked teams they have played and will play. Congratulations. They have not even played a top 25, and dont deserve the placing.
 
I haven't seen Grandfalls, but I have seen Throck, and they are the real deal, if they can keep from making sloppy mistakes they will have a decent shot at a repeat for the title. I have heard some great things about Granfalls though, I'm hoping to make it out to see them pretty soon.
