What did everyone think about 6-Man on ESPN?

I am curious what people thought. I caught almost all of it, except for part about Harrold and some piece of Calvert, I think.

Overall, I enjoyed it. I think it showed six-man in a pretty good light (the parts I saw). I also enjoyed seeing the coaches. Vance Jones is such a good man. I still remember meeting him at the first coaching school after he came back to six-man.

I think it showed all of the coaches as such good people.

Well, the first 3 experts were a little sketchy but overall it was a great piece........... I thought the Harrold segment was very touching...........

I've been waiting months for this special and I missed it. Espn too busy pushing Kap. *angry face*

Any links to the special?

Caught the later showing. It was good. I like how they covered teams in almost every level. Harrold struggling with numbers, Richland the powerhouse, Balmorhea the up and comer, and Mount Calm falling somewhere in the middle. The first time they have covered six-man and didn't make it sound like we sprinted up to the field house on horses. That only happens in Guthrie haha.

Can anyone find this video online? I missed getting to see it.
Not online... yet... the program's producer was on the Dave Campbell's podcast today and he said they hoped to have it on ESPN3 on demand at some point.

that's great! thanks!

First saw it from Adam Ostrow from KAUZ, but now it's on the Harrold School web site...

"At this time, there will not be any High School football games."

I enjoyed it thoroughly. The Harrold segment was very well done and overall I thought it showed the Six-Man game in very positive light.

Pretty good overall. It was good that six-man got this coverage.
I did not really care for the David vs Goliath insinuation. Both schools are tiny and are both Davids. They made it sound like RS must have a GIANT enrollment, when it is actually more like 38.

I enjoyed most of the show. Missed the last 10 minutes due to weather. I wish they would have gone a little easier on living in a small community. Little over dramatic on the kids with little or nothing, out in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do picture. I don't know of many families that have to drive "50 miles one way for milk." Enjoyed the six man football recognition! #sixmanlife
