video cameras?

Thinking about getting a new camera for video work. Any suggestions?

Canon is great. I have a Canon camcorder and my Canon Rebel camera takes excellent video as well. I'm debating on whether to use the camera or camcorder this go around. I'll probably end up sticking with camcorder because of the easier zoom feature, but I'm gonna try the camera some too. May test some out on Midnight Madness tonight. So ready to get the party started!! Good luck...video is great for the kids. I make a video of every game and put it on dvd for each of the boys on the team. They love watching themselves! And it's more entertaining watching them watch themselves than it is watching the game itself! They make their own sound affects and everything! Lots of fun!
