Unsportsmanlike Conduct?

I haven't watched the video posted here, but have seen others where it is obvious this kid saw the player on the ground and was either a) pulling the punk step over him move or b) stomp his face... he took 2-3 steps after looking down at him... he meant to do what he did. he was even laughing with his teammates as he was escorted off the court...

BTW, Penders is a punk too

There you have it! The jury as convicted both the player and coach. Should the University of Houston be punished as well? Stay tuned. BTW has the DMN seen this?

I don't think there should be any discipline against UofH or Penders and although the kid got off easy with a one game suspension, I don't think there should be more added now... on the other hand, let's quit with the accident routine on this. It was a malicious stomp. He looked down, then raised his foot higher on that last step... then proceeded to laugh about it... then they claimed it was an accident, then he apologized (which was is?).

On a side note, his kid is the product of AAU ball at its worst (like the topic last week). If you go to the UofH website, you can see his basketball itinerary (aka his previous schools) and there's quite a list.

What about Laetner actually stomping on Shawn Woods back in 92, not getting ejected then making that ridiculous shot? Can we retroactively do something there?

Get a rope! No, 2 ropes. No, three ropes. I guess go ahead and get 4 ropes, one for the Covenant guy. Heck get 10 ropes, we'll use'em sooner or later. Sooners? They ain't enough ropes in the world for that.

It's funny a lot of people don't remember that but I did. What did Laetner do after that other than ride the Dream Team's coattails to a gold medal? I haven't seen the video since they block youtube here at school but I will have to watch it when I get home. My son's 7th grade team is about to play the hated Glenn Raiders so I got to go. Hope nothing like what apparently happened with UH happens to our Lee Rebels.
