Mark Barefield, Strength and Conditioning/ Linebackers Coach from Mineola, TX will be in Ropes on Monday, June 4th to conduct a Strenght and Conditioning Seminar after the West Texas Six Man Camp. It will be held from 5pm to 7pm (or whenever its over). He will cover basic lifting, summer programs, and alternative workouts. The cost is FREE! The meeting will be held in the Ropes Weight Room to be able to demonstrate some of the lifts. Coaches, Parents, and players are all invited to attend.
