Learned yesterday that San Antonio Lutheran (TAPPS Ind.) has dropped 6-man football for 2007 (they were unable to finish the 2006 season) since they only have 7 boys out for the sport.
Schools playing Lutheran now have open dates; the only two on the master schedule are:
9/21 vs. San Antonio Town East
10/27 vs. New Braunfels Christian
Also, Coach Davis at Town East asked me to tell folks that he has about 20-25 NEW SCHOTT AIR HELMETS (without face masks) for sale, if you're interested, call him at 210-286-0118.
