Rumor - Saban to replace Mack Brown

I would rather Texas hire Jason Garrett. He has the UT burnt orange hair and everything. haha

Get him away from a team I like and send him to a team I don't like.

Can we get Jerry Jones to sell the Cowboys and buy TU too?

May Jerry own and Garrett coach the Cryboys forever...........

Did I ever mention I don't like them? Not that I really care all that much about pro football much anymore. I also love it seeing Da Bearsss fall apart........

Stinkin' Cowboys ... the one night I'm rooting for them (because that night, they're my second favorite NFL team ... that's anyone playing Da Bears) and they (on defense) stink on ice ...

If it's all about money, Saban will take the job. I could care less. With the Longhorn network, you don't get to see them on TV much anyway. They, like the Cowboys are embarrassing to watch. Specimen athletes playing like specimens.

Sounds like Saban played the Texas deal for all he could get from 'Bama (which isn't a bad idea, by the way ... it's always easier to get a better deal when somebody else wants to hire you away and your current boss wants to keep you around).

I really thought that the reason Mack was being pushed out was that a deal like this was already done with Texas for Saban; honestly, it might have been better for UT to keep Mack around for another year.

You can bet that Texas already had Mack's replacement in the bag before he "resigned".......
It's hard to feel sorry for Mack, he's set for the rest of his life. I feel sorry for his replacement.....
Things will not be pleasant on the 40 acres. You are probably not going to see the cupcake early games as much with the new playoff system going into affect.
