Six-man pro
Vote for four ... hey the teams are listed in order of the games (so, for example, don't just vote for the first four ...)

Well, since I was the last opponent for HCA and played Christway 2 weeks ago, I'll chime in on that one. HCA has great size, is fundamentally sound defensively, and can control the ball with #13 (great story on him...gotta root for that kid to succeed). Good luck taking him down too...he never stops his legs.

Christway has blinding speed and a great offense. They also very rarely turnover the ball. They are very well coached, and are simply fantastic kids too.

I have a feeling this will be the game of the week. I'll go out on a limb and pick Christway in a close, but high scoring affair.

Well coach you are right. Christway does have alot of speed. I haven't seen Amarillo Heritage, but this should be a good game. That is the last team standing in that district 1 and I'm sure they will rep that district well. Coach O'conner will have those boys ready though!
Coach Johnson
Arlington Fellowship

First of all, I don't think anyone pays attention to what Emanuel has to say. But that's another story. These are all very solid teams. I believe Christway will soundly win their game. (Just too much speed) I'm gonna pick Brenham to beat Tyler St, but I do believe this will be a close one. # 7 from Tyler St. is a very solid player. I've seen Fellowship play a few times this year and they are very well coached and will be ready to go. Fredericksburg seems to be rolling like they always do.

I have to say Duncanville over HCA. After seeing both teams i just don't see Amarillo being able to stop #3 Colby Burns. Thatt kids got some moves and just keeps going, as well as being one of the most humble kids I have seen before. HCA is good, but they just wont be able to go all four Quarters. Close untill late in the 4th with Christway pulling away- maybe a 18 point difference.

i was at the amarillo heritage vs. heath fulton game which amarillo won 64-6 over at the half and amarillo has some size with # 13 montana o'dell 6'2 / 220 running and a previous post was right he keeps churning the legs and is tough to bring down, also # 1 seth wilhite 6'1 / 220,
# 16 ryan hayes 5'11 / 185 & # 18 jed richards 6'0 / 185 so this looks like a size vs. speed contest on paper. generally speed wins the 1st half and size wins the 2nd half after size takes
control of the line of scrimmage and then speed can't move without blocks. this is not 100%
but i have seen many of these types of games and they generally follow this pattern. i think
if amarillo can limit the damage to being 15 points down at the half then by the 4th quarter
thinks will tighten up and the team with no mistakes and the momentum which by then should be in amarillo's corner will prevail. the six man site has amarillo +8 posted under 2008 week 12
spreads and the points for/against shows amarillo 52.6 / 29.3 over 11 games and duncanville
57.1 / 29.7 over 10 games so this game will be close but i think i will stand with amarillo +8
with a full game (no +45er) ending in amarillo 68, duncanville 60. it should be good one if you
can make it there....oh it has shown TBD until today, the official word is,
#3 amarillo heritage classical +8 vs. #4 duncanville christway.......100pm SAT chillicothe
take care yall.......FNL

Please someone who was there, post about Christway v Heritage Classical! I gotta hear about a game that ended up 88-82 (BTW, a close, but high scoring affair...somebody said that :) )

Looks like everybody was right except for Bellville Faith ... which was a close call anyway (17-13).

We'll try it again this week, this time with two choices.
