Rocksprings ISD is seeking a high-character Head Volleyball Coach to lead and continue building our High School Volleyball program.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated coach with experience who is passionate about establishing culture, fundamentals, and long-term success. The Head Volleyball Coach will lead our program with strong administrative support, committed student-athletes, and a proud community that values athletics and school spirit.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous volleyball coaching experience (Head Coach preferred)
- Be passionate about developing student-athletes on and off the court
- Be committed to building and sustaining a positive program culture
- Work collaboratively with all athletic staff
- Advocate for all student-athletes
- Be certified in a core subject or SPED (or eligible for alternative certification)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a CDL
- Be willing to assist with football and/or coach an additional sport as assigned
