Prairie Lea Indians 5-1

These boys are 5-1 for the first time in program history and are likely on track to bring home their first ever district championship. They have 45’ed three teams, managed to battle out of two close games. Only loss was the opener by 5 points. I understand it might be a weaker schedule than some but, why isn’t this team getting more attention. This is potentially history in the making if everything goes to plan and the teams first ever playoff appearance.

Pretty cool for the kids, staff, and community, but beware....this phrase has cursed more than it has ever gifted!

I remember playing Prairie Lea when I was coaching at Dime Box. Great young men there, the staff, fans, everyone was always welcoming. I'm rooting for them!

I had them pegged as 2nd in their district. They brought back so much. Hope they make the playoffs!
