I know Texas 1A and SixMan can not be everywhere giving the helmet stickers so there is one more I want to point out. EJ Mowery of Union Hill had a decent night last Thursday, Oct 16th. He had 5 carries for 194 yards and 4 TDs. He was 3 of 4 passing for 126 yards and 3 TDs. He had a great supporting cast but he had a decent night himself.

He is a great player, and was one of our Player of the Week winners last year. I'd planned on bringing the PoTW this year, too, but I wanted to change the format slightly. Unfortunately, I simply ran out of time to get the submission form completed this season so I just couldn't get it done. I've already been in talks with some colleagues about joining forces to make sure it's back up and running again next season. I know that doesn't help anything this year, and that's completely my fault.

The other UH players are all part of the game. The yards on receptions, blocking, defense, sacks, interceptions and all other. I think if they stay healthy and pick up from the injury stretch, they will go far. They still have two district games to get through and one is Saint Jo who is dangerous.
