New team - Fayette County Sports Association

Just got off the phone with Coach CH Harvey. I've been trying to verify this for over a week, but they are playing. Taking kids from Fayetteville and Round Top-Carmine, who don't have football, and starting a team. They were also doing this for softball, but then one of the schools made it happen.

He is looking for equipment and games, so he may get on here later. I am adding them to the available schools to schedule.

So is this a school team or club team or what?

My understanding this is club, but legal by UIL standards since the sport is not offered at their school. They are hoping that after a year or two, they will show the schools that this is viable and then hand it over to them... I was hoping they would allow something like up north where schools combine for sports all of the time.

New organization 2016 JV 16u team Regional Development Football Academy Regulators coming 2016, the team will have home schooled and alternative school players, will look to schedule for next season. Team will base in Benbrook,Tx............
