Ok guys, what we have here is a basic pick em. There are 3 "toys" out there, the Guru's, which is posted under spreads, fajitaPete's, and mine. What I have done is sorted out the 49 games that are not 45 point spreads based on the Guru's system, plus one more to make Cowboy happy. The rules: plain and simple. Pick your winners. Just the winners, no spreads. 2 points awarded for a right pick (a possible score of 100). Lets see who's toy is most accurate, and also, give all of the nay sayers a chance to pick better than the toys. And I'll even go first (after the Guru's, which are already posted)

With the exception of someone wearing a mohawk, the rest of us have highly touted automated processes in which to show our ignorance, mowhak man is using a mark1 eyeball swag method.

Results so far are pretty ugly, best is a 75% the rest of us ar at 70. 64 and 62%. There are still 14 games in this list out so these percentages might change. I hope my percentage comes up . . .

I'm at 32 of 45 (71%). SWAG ain't working too bad...

inaugural session of man vs machine wasn't pretty by any means.

Hornkeeper12 managed a 74% with the GURU and mark1 eyeball getting 68% and myself at a miserly .62%

Of course there are all sorts of caveats as to the low results, the rain, the cancellations, the upsets. It's sixman ball, expect the unexpected.

The rules are amended to include that it;s no fair looking at the GURU's spreads for help, ya got to stand on your own two feet.

I don't think 70% of the 50 closest games is too bad. Some of those games had spreads of 0-10, those games are pretty much a guess anyway. AND I told ya Gordon was gonna win, you shoulda listened! I'm bettin the 10-15 games we missed were about the same ones that everyone woulda missed. And I got the other 70 that weren't on this list right. So I'm pretty happy with my picks.
