Looking for (primarily) JV Games in South/Central Texas

Valor charter school in Austin is starting a six man football program next season. We will be exclusively freshmen and sophomore players with limited tackle football experience. I am looking for JV opponents or new programs (similar to ours). Currently, we are looking for weeks 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9. We can host week 9 (Friday, October 21st). Otherwise, we would prefer to travel. Thank you for the responses. Most of our schedule has been filled (at least tentatively).

We are still looking for a Week 9 "Home game" (October 21) that we would host at Veritas Academy field in Southwest Austin. Preferably, the game would be on Friday, but we may be willing to move it to Thursday evening or potentially Saturday.
