Our Lady of the Hills Catholic High School is looking for several qualified, Christ-centered and passionate coaches to coach our athletes here at OLH. We want those who are on our staff to hold our athletes accountable and push them do hard and uncomfortable things and to face the fear of failure and success with confidence to grow to into incredible young men and women of faith.
2022-2023 Fall Sports:
Assistant Defensive Football Coach
Assistant Volleyball Coach
Head Cross Country Coach
2022-2023 Winter Sports:
Can be paired with Fall Sports
Assistant Boys Basketball Coach
Head Girls Basketball Coach
Head Wrestling Coach
2022-2023 Spring Sports:
Head Golf Coach
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Two years of coaching experience in the sport preferred
2. Possess a valid CDL or the ability to obtain one in a timely manner
3. CPR and AED Certified
4. Ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and other faculty members
5. Ability to effectively communicate with the Athletic Director, parents and students as to practice times/requirements and details of games/events
6. Ability to coach in a positive manner and always treat athletes with dignity and respect
7. Ability to follow all TAPPS rules
8. Ability to always demonstrate good sportsmanship and teach sportsmanship to athletes
JOB SUMMARY:
These positions are seasonal and part-time for the duration of the pre-season practices and competition season. These positions require late afternoon practices, generally 4:16-6:15, and coaches be present for all games/events. Many games/events will be out of town and require the coach to travel with the team. All coaches are supervised by the Athletic Director in coordination with the Principal. Salary varies with the position, however positions can be paired with out of season sports.
Full-Time Positions Available:
Our Lady of the Hills is interviewing candidates for the position of buildings and grounds coordinator. This is a full- time position and duties include the maintaining of the school grounds which include the athletic fields as well as maintenance of the interior of the school buildings.
