Once in awhile, I try to update my sixman school list.
I understand there are MANY schools (private, public, homeschool, charter) that have VARSITY and MIDDLE SCHOOL (Junior High) programs and I'd go crazy trying to keep that straight.
But what I'm looking for are the schools (many of which are PK-8 only public or private schools) that have tackle six-man programs in place or are planning to start them next year. If anyone has changes or updates to this list, let me know.
There is a very active junior high league in San Antonio (South Texas Football Conference) with 24 schools; I believe TCAF also operates a junior high league in the DFW area. Seven Catholic schools in Houston set up a league of their own about a year ago as well through the Houston Catholic schools league.
