Interview about my son Rhett

Some of you may or may not know my wife and I had a son who passed away in January after being diagnosed with a very rare genetic syndrome. My wife and I were able to share his story with David Smoak of ESPN 1660 of central Texas.
Rhett's story will air today at 4:30pm on 1660 ESPN radio and should also be available as a podcast after their show.

Well Coach, I've heard, read and been told loosing a child is the hardest thing a parent can ever experience.
Unfortunately I have to concur. With the help of God you will hopefully reach a point where you don't dwell on your loss. You will never forget or should you. Remember the smiles. John would have been 20 years old yesterday. The day of his birth was one of the happiest of my life.
