Yeah, that is strange. You are absolutely correct in stating that what happens on the field means absolutely nothing. Except it is an incomplete statement. What happens on the field 5 weeks ago, means absolutely nothing to what you see now. Teams get better and worse throughout the season, largely due to injuries. In week 2 Oakwood was better than Milford. But apparently 5 weeks later, it would seem that Milford is the better team.
Rockwall, lets see, beat em by 5 three weeks ago, now your slightly less than 3 point under them, i don't think that's just "crazy". Rockwall must have beat the spread to move up a little. Guess if Oakwood would beat the spread more often, they would move up some too. Go figure.
