Gustine ISD is seeking qualified applicants to work with great kids and fellow staff members to lead our athletic program. We are looking for someone to instruct and coach students to develop skills and abilities to not only excel in athletics but in life as well. We are seeking someone to direct and manage Gustine ISD’s program and athletic facilities and become part of the Gustine ISD family.
We currently have 144 students enrolled in grades PK – 12. Average class size is 10 students. Because of our small size, every staff member gets the opportunity to interact with all GISD students.

Preferred Teaching Fields:
- 6 – 12 Social Studies Composite, 4 – 8 Generalist, or All Level PE
- All fields will be considered
- 12 Month Contract
- $5000 Coaching Stipend
- $5000 Athletic Director Stipend
- $1200 Master’s Degree Stipend (if applicable)
- $300 per month health insurance ($225 district + $75 state) (Offers alternate plan instead of TRS)
- Possibility of school housing available at a reduced rent rate
