We fans know you have it in you, cause you showed us that even with only 7 players suited up for most of the season last year, you could hang with almost anyone.

is fields playin?? how many does groom have on the team this season?? Groom could come back with another district title if hedley doesnt get it together there disapointing me..

Yes, Fields is playing.
From what I was told last week, a few of their players are dealing with injuries and not at 100%.
We knew it last year, but it's more clear this season: Having Torres on the field offensively made the other teams pay close attention to what he was doing, opening up plays for Fields and others.
Now with Torres graduated, at least ONE of the seniors is gonna have to step up and be the catalyst for the team.
Fields has the size and speed to be that person, I just don't know when he's gonna realize it.
Barkley doesn't have the speed or throwing ability that Torres had, so QB is a huge concern for the Tigers.
Defensively, the same problem that has plagued Groom the past couple seasons reared it's ugly head: ARM TACKLING
Time and again the past two seasons, we've seen the Tigers try to make an arm tackle instead of putting a hit on the opposing player, and the ball carrier break free.
It's early in the season.....hopefully they'll get it together soon.
