Many, many, thanks for the prayers, phone calls, texts and emails from the 6 man family. All of the CCA kids are ok as well as their familes. Some had some slight home damage but nothing major. The school is about 5-6 miles from the Rancho Brazos area. My house is about 3. Again no home damage just some trees and everything blown into the pool. I've been a firefighter / medic for 18 years, seen a lot of stuff ,but it doesn't prepare you for something in your backyard. Thank God that as far as i know no kids were hurt with life taking injurys.

I used to live over in DeCordova Hills. Any major damage over there?

There is some pretty good damage there. And the area North up Bob White Rd. Rio Brazos was pretty much wipped out. The VFW there on Davis Rd was where we set up triage and treated Pt's most of the night. I live in Royal Oaks behind the Davids on Acton Hwy.

Then you are almost right across the street from our first home there at 40 Royal Oaks, right next door to the Simon's. Debbie was our main source of info on the happenings there.
