I read somewhere on here not too long ago about the advantage of having someone who could kick extra points.
Good example of that came last Friday night in Evant.
Late in the game Evant trailed Gustine 74-78 even though they had made 11 TDs to Gustine's 10.
Fortunately (for Evant) they scored again and won 82-78.
Gustine's kicker made 9 of 10 PAT kicks. (good job) 18 extra points goes a long way. Almost enough.
Evant's kicker is pretty good too. Had a bad first half.
