District 5 week 4

Six-man fan
Seguin Lifegate 5-0
S.A. Town East 5-0
Fred. Heritage 1-4
S.A. Believers 1-3
Fred. Heritage has played the most difficult schedule I have ever seen played. You have to be a fool to look past them. This district race is gonna be a nail biter!

best district in tapps right now. i cant decide weather SATE or freddy will get it, personaly seguin is good but over rated

freddy does have the toughest schedule and maybe that will give em the edge after playin hard teams when they come back down they'll be good as always

lol i'll be interested to see how this plays out.... but i have to disagree with seguin being overrated.... SATE and Freddy may be underrated.... but seguin is not overrated... the game you saw of them was against CASA correct?? they really didn't play that well... we were missing one of our defensive captains.... i would try looking at another game film... if you still feel that we are overrated then i'll be amazed... lol

but really it will be a great race though

Cowboy- I would agree district 2 is awsome. It will be fun seeing how it plays out. Lifegate is definitely not overrated.

Right now, I couldn't make a pick between Lifegate, Town East and Heritage. Could be another three-way tie as in 2006?

Staying healthy is going to be key for all three teams.

This week:

Friday --

Prairie Lea at Town East
Heritage at Austin Hill Country
Lifegate at San Antonio Winston
River City Believers at Brownswood Victory Life (this game could be on Saturday; BVL's field is not ready and they are trying to find another field; it's BVL's homecoming ... and Believers does not have a home field this year; playing everything on the road...)

well the only competetors i see in dist2 are tyler street and duncanville. waco is just slightly above avaragebut probably better then balch.

in district 5 you got town east, freddy and seguin. nough said in my opinion

i think lifegate's game vs. winston will show them where they are at as far as district play goes... these guys really didn't get along during preseason so it should be a good one

I don't say much on here, but here it goes. lol

District 2 is very exciting. I can't really give an opinion on District 5 because I haven't seen anyone play in person.

As far as District 2 is concerned, Tyler Street is #1 in the State, and deserve it. They are very solid. Duncanville Christway does have talent, but are very young. The boys are really starting to learn the new system and should have an exciting second half of the season.

I've seen both Waco Parkview and Balch Springs play on many occassions. Parkview has a solid QB and the team is alot faster and more physical than last year, and have a great coaching staff.

Balch Springs still has one of the best RB's in the state. Kaleb Cloyd is unbelievable!! He put up 380 yds and 7 td's against Lakehill in a losing effort. Balch Springs is a very good ball team, and could surprise some people.

That's just an opinion of a football coach.

Duncanville Christway

District 2 is a beast. I've seen Tyler Street, Christway and Balch Springs and all three are quality teams. The team speed of TSCA & CWA is unbelievable, and Cloyd from Balch is a fantastic back. All three will make an impact in the playoffs, and I can easily see the state champ emerging from this district.
