Thanks to Al Pickett for the scoop on this one: Baird is hiring four-time state championship coach Nathan Hayes as the new head coach/AD for the Bears.
Hayes coached Benjamin to the last two 1A Division II state titles.
Huge get for Baird, who will also get his talented sons: senior-to-be Tallon and sophomore-to-be Keegan.
Both were all-state players last season.
It also brings up the question (again?) of where will their star teammate Grayson Rigdon play for his senior season?
