Anybody headed to or through Cherokee for a game this fall will be pleased to find Southside BBQ serving up really good food.
Think Coopers without the hype or price. Big pot of beans available for self serve. Sirloin, chicken, brisket, pork steak, pulled pork, etc. Pick your meat off the pit and eat off of butcher paper.
Good food, great prices and friendly people. Only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you have trouble finding it, just look for the Drifters rig........................
 
Smokeys right on about that little joint, mighty fine fixins, best red beans you ever put in your mouth. Sliced briskit on a sour dough bun the size of my hat. You folks from Sidney, Stephenville Faith, Panther Greek, Bryan Harmony, Mullin, and Brookesmith try it.
