Coach ... not sure how long you've been at Buena Vista, but I remember spending a couple long, hot days at Buena Vista HS back in July 2001 (I think) buying and dismantling those old bleachers in the mezzanie at the old gym.

They're alive and well and happy in Lifegate's gym.

I also remember showing up Saturday morning and your football field was under a half a foot of water and I figured that maybe a pipe burst ... before someone there told us that's how you water the field.

LOL, Coach, this is my first year here and I understand what you're saying. I grew up in Marathon, 90 miles south of here and the only thing I ever knew about "irrigation" was when the creek overflowed and washed the road out to town.
