I certainly cannot comment on the best game ever.  I have not seen enough, but I will say that the Throckmorton/Dallas Covenant game this year was pretty wild.  #1 Throck led the whole game at home and they were up by 20 with about 5 minutes left.  Covenant scored 24 to win by 4.  It was pretty crazy and shcoking.  Two weeks later, Covenant beat the new #1 team at home - Valley...it was a great game and close down to the wire, but not like the Throck game.....
