TAIAO will sponsor it's 2nd Annual 6 Man Players Skills Camp, along with the 1st Annual 6 Man Coaches Camp will be held on Saturday Jun 29!
DATE: Sat June 29, 2019
Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Cost: $60 (per player and per coach)
Location: University High School (3201 S New Road, Waco, TX 76706)
Players will have a full day of drills conducted by former NCAA D1 players! The drills will focus on 6-Man Skills (ie – we won’t be teaching Pocket Blocking!)
Coaches will have morning and afternoon sessions, and are free to bounce between the speaking sessions and the drills outside. Topics covered will be items such as “Risk Assessment, Building an Athlete, Teaching Philosophy, Blocking, Tackling, Offensive and Defensive Planning Game Etiquiette and Sportsmanship and more!
Among the speakers will be the 2018 Championship coaches in both divisions – Larry Pavlik (Fort Bend Chargers), Brent Golemon (Tribe Warriors), as well as Dallas Burke, the current TAIAO Football Committee Chairperson!
The clinic is open to all teams both in and out of TAIAO. It should be a great day!
