Thank you because I was told otherwise by a crew from EP. So does that mean if the ball rolls instead of pops up no fair catch is allowed. Thats what I was suggesting.
I just saw a few days ago they are allowing cfb players to play 9 games now and then can redshirt... I don't know how to feel about that. It doesn't make sense to me...
Why not allow a fair catch rule for any onside? I could swear I saw it happen in a CFB, granted the ball hit ground first and popped in the air. Similar to a pooch. Might as well make that a fair catch possibility. That way the player has an option to not potentially get killed
Hornet is correct, they allow a certain amount of quarters played. If they are under that specific number, then they are still allowed to redshirt from my understanding.
We won't know because he transferred to San Angelo. Keenan Ward (although not very good at Tech at Safety) played 6 man too. But then played at Snyder and got a full ride to Tech. So should we consider him too?
I find it funny how everyone's memory tends to change over the years. But from what I watched, it wasn't ever a crazy competitive classic. Mclean stomped them. TARON Smith was talented, but McLean had a special group/team that year
