Minimum seems to be 1 right? District 10 in 1A D2. You could realistically go 1-9 and make the playoffs if your 1 win was over one of your district opponents. If that said opponent went 0-2 in district you'd be 2nd place.

You're guaranteed a few non district games, cant hurt to get a jump on scheduling. Especially if you're a school that teams dont want to schedule. I'd do anything I could to make sure we have 10 games.
