If a private school can top a good public school Veritas has the best shot over Garden City. Hearing Veritas may not be at full strength though.

If your predictions about Veritas and Waco Live Oak are correct it will be settled on the field in Waco week 6 or 7. Veritas has to survive the trips to Garden City and Borden County weeks 1 & 2, tough way to start the season for a small private school.

Yes, Veritas Academy, from Austin, won the Div 1 Tapps state championship. Back to back after winning Division 2 last year over Waco Live Oak.
