That's the word...extremely large classes, then some extremely small classes.

I was told a couple of months ago (by a VERY reliable source) that SC will prolly be 11man for one more alignment. After that, they may be D2 sixman. Crazy drop in enrollment. But things may have changed in the last couple of months.

Weird that is even a rumor. Fact is, Whiteface was well under the number at the start of last school year. Sitting in mid-90s.

Whiteface will not be playing 11man.

Definitely wasn't my choosing. Hope they get a good one.

Bump - Teaching Field is TBD now

I've always been interested in an 8-man division. I think there are A LOT of things they would need to figure out, since there will be both current 6-man and 11-man schools involved. Main one being: do you play on an 80yd or 100yd field?

I can see both sides...but in every other conference, if a school opts up in one sport, they are forced to opt up in all. Just throwing that out there. Personally, I don't mind them being 1A in all the other sports. They are the same size as us.

I can confirm that BC's blocking schemes are very good!
