Justin Clark
Concordia High School
Head Football Coach
“A native of Austin, Texas, Coach Clark brings deep roots, strong values, and a passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field.
Coach Clark's foundation was built on faith and family. He attended St. Louis Catholic School from 1st through 8th grade, where his faith and character were further shaped. A 2011 graduate of Anderson High School, Clark was a standout three-sport athlete, excelling in football, basketball, and baseball.
On the gridiron, he earned unanimous First Team All-District honors as a wide receiver, leading one of Texas’s most competitive 5A districts in touchdowns. Defensively, he was also an All-District selection, topping the district in interceptions. His athletic excellence continued on the basketball court, where he garnered All-District honors and gained recognition on the AAU basketball circuit, ultimately signing his letter of intent to play at the University of Texas at Tyler.
Clark later transferred to Texas State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science with a minor in Business Administration.
Coach Clark’s philosophy is centered on building meaningful relationships with his players, coaches, and community. He believes that trust, connection, and character are the cornerstones of a successful and winning culture. His leadership is driven by purpose, and his commitment to helping student-athletes grow as players and people is what sets him apart.”
