Veritas is FAST but is young and lacks size and experience. Only a couple of starters back from last years State Championship team. But you never count out Coach Hatfield and their staff.

Next year seems to be wide open (at least) in D-1. Veritas and Dallas Lutheran are losing a huge portion of their starters that led them to their respective championships. Vangaurd is losing some great seniors as is Katy Faith West. Does anyone know what team out there has a big group of juniors...

Jonathan Hatfield and Austin Veritas has been to 4 straight State Championships and won 3. Does anyone know if that’s been done before? I know Dallas Covenant, Waco Live Oak And Baytown have had good runs, but I’m unsure how they compare to Veritas last 4 years.

Thanks Coach Adams. During their 4 years in high school football, this year’s seniors won 4 district championships (Never lost a district game) and had 4 straight State Championship appearances. Pretty good run I’d say!
