Saint Jo ISD is looking to fill a girls teaching/coaching position.

Position: Teacher/Coach

Level: 7-12

Certifications: May include, but not limited to MATHEMATICS (JH and/or HS) and ENGLISH (7-9)

Coaching Duties: Include HEAD VOLLEYBALL, ASST. GIRLS BASKETBALL, SPRING SPORT and JH DUTIES

Compensation: State base plus very competitive per sport stipends. Employer insurance contribution.

Must have CDL or able to obtain one.

Saint Jo ISD is a great school district with exceptional students and staff. We offer numerous student programs. Our enrollment is approximately 120 students in grades 7-12. We are located approximately 90 miles north of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.

The English teaching field has been removed. But, special education and math are still on the table. Depending on the candidate and experience, teaching field can be changed.

Our girls program is very strong, having qualified for the playoffs in basketball the past 6 years. Our volleyball is in a tough district, but very competitive.

Again, pay is very competitive, with very competitive per sport stipends.

should be as much of a draw to candidates,
as the quality of athletes coming up.

FYI:

We had been recognized, with near exemplary ratings every year until this past year. We received acceptable this past year, but feel that we have moved back ahead of the game.
