Pete, explain to me what the numbers mean beside the teams name, i.e. sterling city 108.39?

It is the power rating assigned to the team by my ranking system. When two teams meet, the difference between them is the basic spread of points expected, provided that all has remained the same, nobody hurt or missing due to grades, or any of the multitude of issues facing high school student.

If a games outcome is way less than forecast it is possible for the winning team to lose points while the losing team gains points. Hopefully the power is self adjusting till it is a fairly accurate way to forecast possible outcomes.
