any word yet on where Ropes is playing their first playoff game? same question for meadow.

I agree with both alwaystheunderdog and Coach Wilson, 45's are on the way for both Anton and Whiteface, the scores Meadow and Ropes both could possibly shut out or only allow 6-12 points on the board this week.

Great games from both Ropes and Meadow this week. Meadow and Rankin I was hoping would be closer with Meadow coming out the winner, but the Rankin game and Follet game should really show what Meadow has this year. I do agree it was a great passing game for Meadow, it was something different...

this is very true coach and Ropes had a great group of seniors that led the way to a great tradition at Ropes. But I just think Ropes is injury pron when it comes to some of their key players...dont get me wrong I would love to see my old stomping grounds win the district, I just think it will...

I predict this district ending the way it has since I recall in 2004 it will be a battle between Meadow and Ropes. 1. Meadow 2. Ropes 3. Anton 4. Whiteface 5. Lubbock Harmony

I agree with Chap24, this will all come down to the turn overs. I think if Ropes can stay determined and keep the ball off the ground Ropes by 12.

I agree with techster on this one, Ropes to Meadow is only 5 miles, and a great rivalry game to go watch.

Hey I was curious if anyone knew why Wellman Union and Whiteface are not listed to play each other...It shows on both team schedules that this is their BYE along with Medow. But my picks for this week are: Ropes over Lubbock Harmony by 45

This should be an epic show down just like it has been since Ropes' team in 2007 however this game has determined the district championship for many years. I'm personally excited to be on the sidelines again and watch these two teams fight again. This is a high light of both teams’ seasons...

Wellman vs. Meadow, I'll take meadow by 35 Whiteface vs. Lubbock Harmony, I'll take whiteface by 50 Ropes with the Bi week getting ready for Wellman Union.

From what I saw it was a mixture of both. The injury bug hit them when there senior runningback got hurt and pulled a quad. I also saw the Eagles fighting hard to break off of tackles and stop the run game. I also had high hopes of Ropes pulling this one off after the close battle these two...
