What kind of talent does Garden City and Borden County return?

Hmmmm 2 out of 3 Tapps State Champs were teams from the south, with the other being from Waco. Last year all 3 Tapps State Champs came from the south. Year before that all 3 Tapps State Champs came from the south. Better players but not the better teams?

Did the defending TAPPS D1 champion coaches from Emery get offered a chance to head or assist in coaching? Why not offer all of the Tapps or Tcal champ coaches an opportunity to assist, wouldn't that help get a more balanced selection as opposed to 20 of 28 south players coming from TAPPS D2...
