    Playoff Predictions

    Where is the Brenham/Lifegate game?

    Can LSCS topple Brenham

I guess when the sentence "Can(fill in the blank) topple Brenham", comes up, Brenham takes it offensively and doesn't allow any points.

    Can LSCS topple Brenham

Yeah, LSCS wins this one given their new players(Andre Johnson, Peyton Manning, Jared Allan, and um...Brock Lesner?). The score... LSCS 56 to Brenham 52. Close game with the new recruits. But seriously, LSCS will not uspet Brenham by not being 45d. Brenham 70 LSCS 14.

    Are there any surprises?

I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm just saying it's going to take a whole lot to beat these guys... They lost last year and they want it bad this year. They have 6 or 7 seniors if I'm not mistaken who start offense and defense, these guys do not over-look a team, they come to play. It's still...

    Are there any surprises?

I have a question, everyone includes Tyler Street into the top teams of Division 2. I haven't heard any kind of detail about them, I just see them included in a lot of discussions. I haven't had the opportunity to see them play, so if someone could please give me some sort of idea about this...

    Pine Drive/Brenham game

Pine Drive looked like a shotgun last night and Brenham looked look a skilled sniper! Pine Drive threw a lot at them with everything they had and made some impressive plays... Brenham executed accurately with a whole lotta power. I have a feeling those Brenham boys have played together for quite...

    District 4 Games

Alvin predicted to 45 Houston Texas Christian... I think it'll be a lot closer than that. I saw Houston Texas Christian play Pine Drive two weeks ago, they had one really really good player and a couple other decent players. I just saw Pine Drive and Living Stones play last week, they also had a...

    D2 State

I agree with you completely... This is an opinion poll. So facts are not the only thing to determine what an individual thinks or wants to happen. Just because someone votes for a team at this point doesn't mean he/she will be right, it's just their opinion.

    D2 State

Not to get ahead of ourselves or anything. Just a general consensus about how everyone feels since we are in District play and have seen a couple district games now.

    Pine Drive vs Living Stones

Coach Ware has influenced both of these teams. He mentored Tyler who is coaching at Living Stones... I've seen Living Stones, they have a number of players on their sidelines. Pine Drive for the last 3 or 4 games has only had 7 to play with. If PD doesn't get these guys back, then I expect Pine...

What's most important ? Championship or beating your rival ?

Brazosport beat Pine Drive every year they played, until 2007. Brazosport was the Division 1 District 5 team to beat, they beat us during district play around 70-20... 3 weeks later we meet again on a soggy field in Dickinson, it's in the 50s I'd say and the water on the field is inches deep...

Dickinson Pine Drive 85 to 80 over Sugarland Logos Prep

I couldn't agree more... except I'm biased toward PD lol. Good luck to ya'll in District play!

Dickinson Pine Drive 85 to 80 over Sugarland Logos Prep

So then I guess now I ask, was Covenant's defense just that good against Tyler Street, but couldn't hold Brenham back at all? Again, I'm just trying to get some perspective on Division 2. I can understand that Tyler Street can hold up to runner-ups, but to say they can compete with Brenham is...

Dickinson Pine Drive 85 to 80 over Sugarland Logos Prep

When did Tyler Street lose their players? I just checked on their games and they were 45'd by Covenant then Covenant was beaten by Brenham. If Tyler Street is a contender, I don't see it against Brenham. Just an observation, as I'm trying to get a handle on the teams this year.

Dickinson Pine Drive 85 to 80 over Sugarland Logos Prep

Pine Drive isn't necessarily a new program, just a different one than it has been. PD did pretty good considering they played without their first and second string quarterback(both start defense as well), a major defensive player and their guard who also plays nose-guard leaving them with 7...
