Well Tex, the Bulldogs are pretty well loaded with talented players about every year. But it seems that the last time they were the better team was in 1997. But we still don’t know for certain what the cutoff number will be. Zephyr and RS may very well wind up in the same D2 district next season.

According to the Numbers chart, Zephyr is going up to D1 next year so they will have to be better in order to compete.

From the looks of the stats, the State Committee is pretty much a rubber stamp of the District Committee decisions. Going from a little over half of the time to 90% of the time over the last ten years, do we even need a State Committee?
