Looking at the numbers....looks to me 59.5 might be the cut off number for the split...
I have 80 schools with 35 above 60, 4 with 60, and 41 below 60...59.5 would make it 39 above and 41 below

If Media plays six-man...what district will they be in??? Maybe up in DI district 9?
