Towns new to 6man?

What schools are playing six man for their first or second year? And could anyone from those towns comment on the towns feelings of the switch. I know Claude is new, and welcome!

Morton is on their second year. Started 11 man, then with smaller numbers finished out their season 6 man last year.

Bronte and Leakey are two other towns that come to mind. I’m not familiar with their past football history, but I believe this is both towns first year playing 6 man at least in a more recent time.

First ever for Bronte. Leakey played 6 man until 1962, then 8 man until 1975.

2018 is Bluff Dale’s first year in UIL. We had a start-up club team last year.
