The East, or the West?

Whose is it this year? Now me personally, I say the West brings it home. It's basically a dog fight in the West to see who will finally get to play the much weaker East Side bracket:)

No East siders, feel free to slander this post and let's all have a good clean arguement.

Even if the East doesn't know what that is.

One thing I learned from last year when the West was stacked and the East was... not as stacked, is this. It all comes down to one team from the East and one from the West and anything can happen in that one game. Last year the West had Ira, Rankin, WV, Borden County, Sands and Valley and the East had T-Rock and some others. You can make a case for battle-tested and all that but it still comes down to two teams. What I'm getting at is that, even though the West has the preponderance of highly ranked teams, only one can come out that dog fight and they still have one more game to play.

What you call battle tested, I call wearing each other out. I see it pretty much the same way, regardless of how well the west is stacked, only 1 goes to the final. And if anyone thinks that whichever east team is there to meet them will just roll over, they will be in for a huge surprise.

Would this qualify as a good clean argument?

You need to read Newby. You may be smartalek enough to fit in. :-)

A team from the East half of the bracket may win state for the next 100 years. It still don't change the fact that the poor suckers are from East Texas. :-)

Being in the east half of the six man bracket does not make us east Texans. Not all of us anyway. I'm in north central Texas, west of West, east of Eastland, aka God's country. And on top of that, I'm in the greatest little town on earth. My sandwiches don't actually contain sand, and I know what rain looks like, and trees. (kinda like a mesquite, but bigger). You should come visit. :-)
