I went to Early Longhorn Stadium on Saturday night and watched a really fine game. It is no longer East vs West nor Public vs Private. They had a draft and there were some of each on both teams. Some schoolmates were on opposite teams which made for a very interesting contest.
The boys played very hard and I thought played outstanding defense for only a week of practice. There were some awesome private school players there as well as some of our best public school boys.
The event seemed very well organized and was well attended. If you didn't make it to the game you missed a good one.
