I hope the judge does not rule in favor of the loser. Dallas Carter tried something like this a few years ago when they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar and lost. The courts have no business sticking their noses into football games.

I agree, it is not something that should be decided in court. If the judge rules in favor of the team that lost, it will set a precedent and we will see this everytime there is a blown call. That would lead to instant reviews, which has no place in high school ball. It may also lead to refs deciding not to ref anymore because they don't want their calls reversed in a court room. It sucks for the team that lost, but it happens and is in fact a part of the game.
