Rankin vs Sterling City will have a live 4 camera video broadcast. You will need to pay for a monthly subscription to the NFHS Network to be able to watch any video stream of a TEXAS HS playoff game.

Schools that have received UIL approval for a live telecast must broadcast through the NFHS Network.

This means for a spectator to watch any live telecast of a UIL Texas Playoff Football game, they will have to pay for a monthly subscription to the NFHS Network (not my rules....don't shoot the messenger)

The Sterling City vs Rankin game Friday at 6:30 pm can be found at https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/ or by going to https://www.reddevilsportsnetwork.com/

Red Devil Network will be providing the 4 camera live telecast but it will be transmitted through the NFHS Network which will be tied to https://www.reddevilsportsnetwork.com/

Please tune in...regular-season telecasts follow different rules than playoff games.

It's a crying shame the way the UIL sold out these little small schools! Selling the playoff streaming rights to Fox Sports, and these little bitty schools with no money having to pay $1000 to get to stream their game is a crime! The money hungry "you know what's" ought to be taken out and ....!
And that's my two cents worth.

Totally agree. We have to pay then rights fees and aren't happy about it. Luckily we have supporters that understand the importance of these broadcasts.
