What causes this error when uploading a picture?

And its not that the size of the file is to big.....

Can some of the board attachments be removed so newer ones can be posted?

I have updated the quota, but lowered the file size… nothing over 128K

I fix up some of the problem this weekend. There's a lot of attached photos in the history thread I can hotlink to instead.
