Hey I just saw where a six man player is representing again. Newschannel6now.com has six man player Rawlin Morrell going up against the 11 man schools for player of the week. I encourage everyone to join together and make everyone recognize six man football for what it is real football and vote Rawlin Morrell Texas Ford Player of the week. A TAPPS 6 man receiver from Wichita Christian, Matt Steigerwald, won the week 2 Player of the Week award. In fact, as of week 5, Steigerwald led all area 6 and 11 man receivers with 37 receptions for 773 yards and 12 TD's. Steigerwald beat out Seymour QB Zach Barton, Jacksboro QB Kirk Weldon, and Munday QB Dee Paul for this honor.

Wichita Christian isn't a bad team. They throw the ball exceptionally well. But they lack size, strength, and speed. I admire their drive they show every week though. I hate that they dont do better.
