Friends, and I decided to go to the Calvert vs Jonesboro game. We were hesitant at first, after watching Calvert play Milford. Calvert looked better. Jonesboro, has a group of hard nosed kids, that are well coached, but they lacked that overall team speed. Calvert has the opposite, a whole lot of team speed. Calvert plays looked comical, because they would fumble, pick the ball up and throw it 30 yards down field and score. Calvert ran their version of a shuffel pass and scored,. Jonesboro fans were great. We spoke to several after the game, and they were all still up beat and positive after the game as well. Good luck to Calvert moving forward.
